Cheeseheads

End Mileage in Wisconsin:

So Leah has done very well so far in terms of helping to drive, and staying awake. Well we hop in the car to head to Wisconsin and wouldn't you know, out like a light! I guess I can't complain, once in a week ain't bad:)

Semi uneventful trip. Landed in Wisconsin about 4 pm. We are staying with the Macksams, Missy Singlak's parents. Now Missy's directions were great until we get to the neigborhood. This is the address we were given:

N100 W14904 Windsong Circle East.

She also said the house was tan and beige. So we drive in and this could be the most confusing developement we have ever been in. The numbers represent how far in from the lake Michigan and how far north you are from downtown Miliwauke. So we drive around for a little while before we even begin to figure out the number progression, we find a house that is the wrong color and has no number on it. After exhuasting the rest of the developement we figure its got to be the one! Lucky for us it is! Thanks Missy:)

We rest for a little bit and play with Colin, Missy's nephew, and then head out for a good old fashioned Wisconsin Fish Fry!! MMMM mmmm good!

It was an early night for us, being unemployed is finally wearing us down. Just kidding! Looking forward to exploring Madison, WI tomorrow and then heading to Minneapolis.

Signing off!

I just noticed the pic with Dillon in the white pants... that is very unfortunate. You leave for like 10 days and this is what happens??

I'm pretty sure he was wearing those white pants *before* Labor Day.

I'm not saying it's any less ... "fabulous", but he may very well be within his rights to do so.

I keep seeing postings by a Rob Nickerson. Never heard of him. I have heard of a Robert Nickerson though.
